Return & Exchange Policy
At Shenzhen Guangyi Trading Co., Ltd., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if your item meets the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the item
- The item is not a final sale or non-returnable product (see below)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Custom-made or tailored products
- Items with signs of wear, damage, or washing
- Intimate or hygiene-sensitive garments (e.g. undergarments)
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at serive@guangyitrade.shop and provide:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos if the item is defective or incorrect
We will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a product defect or our error
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
6. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
7. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
